Live Sale Rules

To claim a crystal use the word claim or sold plus the item code which is the price

Do not claim if you aren't 100% committed to purchasing, claims aren't holds they are confirmation of sale

No swapping or putting back crystals during the live or trying to trade with other customers

Payment within 24 hours

Winner is based on our screen order which may vary to yours, Instagram will show each user their own comments first however we must use our screen order

Please do not bring up issues/questions that lay outside the live sale ie order queries/issues

How to pay for live sale

Listings are found in custom listings section on the website, add to cart as a listing.

Please ensure you check the price and description is correct before checking out, checking out is your confirmation all is correct.
