SHIPPING, RETURNS & PRODUCT POLICY

By placing an order with Pretty Soul Stories, you agree to the terms below. 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Allow an additional 1–2 business days during sales.

NZ: Standard $10.50 | Rural $13.50 | PO Box $15
Australia: Standard $20 NZD | Express $26 NZD

Shipping is a flat-rate contribution towards courier, packaging and handling costs and calculated per order, multiple orders in one parcel may differ this cost.

For open box orders, write “START OPEN BOX” on your first order and pay shipping as usual. On second & subsequent orders use code combine and write "ADD TO OPEN BOX".  Not doing this process correctly means we will ship any parcels without instructions. OPEN BOXES DO NOT MEAN ONLY 1 SHIPPING COST FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER, IT MEANS YOU WANT ALL YOUR ORDERS IN ONE SHIPMENT, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FIRST ORDER SHIPPING PAID AND FINAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU PRIOR TO PARCEL LEAVING.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including on sale items.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will provide an appropriate remedy.

CRYSTAL DISCLAIMER

Crystals are natural products and may contain pits, fissures, inclusions, markings, colour variations and minor polishing marks. These are natural characteristics and are not considered faults.

We photograph products as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary due to lighting, photography and individual screens.

LOVE SCENT PROMISE

Our Love Scent Promise is the exception to our change-of-mind policy. If you don't love your fragrance and it is unused and has only been smelled through the packaging, you may return it for a fragrance exchange.

The customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
