Cost

Shipping cost is for courier charges, packaging products, courier products & time, it is not just actual courier ticket price. 

Shipping cost is for one flat rate order. 

COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS

On your first order pay full price shipping and in notes write "hold parcel" 

On your second/subsequent orders pay the "add on parcel fee"  and write "add to parcel or ship parcel" whichever is applicable

Pay shipping on all orders as usual and when we ship out your parcel any difference between total shipment cost and what you paid is refunded back to you. 

LOVE SCENT PROMISE

If you get your scent and don't love it after smelling it in the packet you can return and exchange for free, this doesn't apply to scents you have used and change your mind on.

Returns

Please email within 48 hours of order arriving to inform of return, returns are at cost of customer and refund issued on same condition products arriving

Cancelled Order

Any cancelled order occurs $10 charge, we can not recover payment or website fees on orders we refund.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges at cost of shipping to customer

Sale Items

We reserve the right to offer store credit for return of sale items not refunds
