Refund policy

We can not accept returns based on the crystals characteristics, however if your item is faulty please get in touch via returns procedure.

Please notify us of any issues warranting a refund within 48 hours and return the item within 7 working days. Once a refund has been accepted we will get your refund back to your bank as fast as possible but expect anything from 5-10 working days

The return is the responsibility of the purchaser and Pretty Soul Stories are not responsible for the loss of an item being returned. Please ensure your item is tracked and packaged carefully with a FRAGILE sticker. .
